Frequently Asked Questions
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return, email support@sakoibrand.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. It may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, place a new order after receiving your refund.
- All orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. US orders arrive within 7-10 business days total (3-5 processing plus 3-5 transit).
- If your package is lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@sakoibrand.com and we'll look into it and find a fix.
- If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package still has not arrived, contact us at support@sakoibrand.com.
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address at checkout, we are unable to intervene once the order has been placed. If the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer may be eligible for a refund excluding the original shipping fee. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

- Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
- Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments
